Join Us for Senior Strength Class

Senior Woman in Strength ClassYesterday, Residents were able to participate in our senior strength class. This class is offered every Tuesday morning at 11am in the fitness center with Gretchen. There was a group of six residents who rotated throughout stations around the room. They used TRX bands, the Bosu ball, and the agility mat for movement. We are excited to have this class back for the New Year and we look forward to having more residents join us soon!
