Brightmore Independent Visits Mike’s Farm

On December 22, 2015, Brightmore residents took a trip to Mikes Farm, where they ate a delicious country style dinner, as well as rode a hayride through a beautiful light show in the woods. The rain didn’t stop us! The residents had an optimistic outlook on getting to Mikes Farm and riding the hayride even though the rain could have canceled the hayride part of the trip. At the dinner table the residents grew quiet as food was passed around, put on plates, and the good eatin’ began! This trip even brought back some great memories to one set of residents in particular. “We wouldn’t have missed this trip for anything.
